Kundalini & Ten Body Meditation

From the 10-body yoga perspective a person is made up of the physical body, the mental bodies (negative, positive and neutral), the soul body as well as 5 ethereal aspects of the self (the arc line, the aura, the pranic body, the subtle body and the radiant body).

 

As you learn about each of your 10 bodies you will begin to experience a deeper understanding yourself. This rising awareness will help you to make soul fulfilling choices in your everyday life.
