Class summary:
5 minutes to tune-in and open the class

15 minutes of writing and discussion to reframe how you think
30 minutes of physical movement (appropriate for all levels)
15 minutes of deep relaxation

20 minutes of pranayam (breath work) and meditation
5 minutes to close the class
Total class time:  90 minutes
Length of series:  8 weeks + free intro workshop
