2. ovulation: estrogen peaks and so does your sex drive; your body is fertile
3. pre-menstruation: progesterone is rising and your energy is turning inward
4. menstruation: progesterone dips and your period arrives
By paying closer attention to the subtle shifts brought about by the menstrual cycle, you can better track your body and optimize the energy during each phase of your cycle.
