prenatal yoga + childbirth education course

Do you want to birth naturally? Are you worried you won't be able to do it?

This course will give you the strength, courage and confidence to deliver your baby, your way.

 

Birth is a miraculous doorway that opens us to a deeper knowledge, appreciation and love of our bodies and ourselves. Birth is not an intellectual journey - you cannot birth through the mind. You birth sensually, intuitively, primally and spiritually.

 

This course integrates yoga and meditation with childbirth education. Also included are: weekly emails to support your process, a take home yoga and meditation practice to prepare for birth, class discussions and suggested readings.

 

Take the complete 12 week series to prepare yourself body, mind and spirit for the birth of your new baby. Or take 1 session at a time as you ebb and flow towards your delivery date.

Class summary:
5 minutes to tune-in and open the class
30 minutes of childbirth education & discussion

30 minutes of physical movement
10 minutes of deep relaxation
15 minutes of pranayam (breath work) and meditation
Total class time:  90 minutes
Length of series:  12 weeks divided into 4-week sessions
