conscious movement chakras course outline

When you learn to integrate your breath, mind, body and inner voice you will experience your essential self. In this innovative program, the emphasis is on physical movements that stretch and strengthen the muscles to promote healing in the mental, physical and spiritual bodies. A practice in Ten body yoga is the fastest way to remove blocks and resistances to your higher good, raise your energy to higher frequencies, and open your awareness to expanded realities. Begin to heal yourself with conscious movement.

 

Course reading is: The 8 Human Talents by Gurmukh.


Week 1: Complimentary beginner's workshop - Raise your energy - Intro to conscious movement

 

Week 2: First chakra – Eliminating toxins


Week 3: Second chakra– Connecting with your creativity


Week 4: Third chakra – Improving digestion


Week 5: Fourth chakra – Awakening the heart


Week 6: Fifth chakra – Speaking your truth


Week 7: Sixth chakra – Accessing your intuition


Week 8: Seventh chakra – Connecting with the divine


Week 9: Eighth chakra – Strengthening your aura

 

Class summary:
5 minutes to tune-in and open the class
35 minutes of physical movement (appropriate for all levels)
15 minutes of deep relaxation
15 minutes of pranayam (breath work) and meditation
20 minutes of reflection and sharing
Total class time:  90 minutes
Length of series:  8 weeks + free intro workshop
