The techniques used by yoga-goddess are based on the ancient teachings of 10-body & Kundalini yoga.
From the 10-body yoga perspective a person is made up of the physical body, the mental bodies (negative, positive and neutral), the soul body as well as 5 ethereal aspects of the self ( the arc line, the aura, the pranic body, the subtle body and the radiant body).
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of consciousness. All classes are based on the Kundalini style and are comprised of tuning-in and centering the self, movement, deep relaxation and meditation. This classical style of yoga combines movement, breath, mental concentration and sound to inspire integration of the self within these 10 light bodies and the chakra system.
The fundamental difference between a yogic practice in 10-body & Kundalini yoga and any other yogic practice, is that ours is a complete system of healing and transformation. By enrolling in a yoga-goddess series, students become aware of their 10-bodies, learn to balance their chakras and achieve optimal health as a result of this expanded awareness of the self.
Our classes are suitable for anyone, at any age and at any level of physical fitness.
Previous yoga experience is not required.
